Hampton Baptist Church, a downtown church located in Hampton, VA seeks a full time associate pastor. Hampton Baptist is a high energy, missional church, steeped in tradition and history, with a strong laity leadership; our greatest resource is our membership. We are in full cooperation with the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship and the Baptist General Association of Virginia.

The full time Associate Pastor profile should include a seminary degree and demonstrated ability as a full time church staff team member. Duties will include education, youth, pastoral care, and missions; a formal job description will be written in conjunction with the new minister based upon her/his strengths and abilities. Compensation package will be commensurate with education and experience.
